Bij ieder veld in de webtool een i'tje met toelichting.

Radix-ui heeft zo'n i'tje in hun demo, element Popover: https://www.radix-ui.com/themes/docs/components/popover
aanpassen dat hij dezelfde labels gebruikt per veld voor formulieren en weergave, dat is nog niet overal
PR klaarzetten en Gillis kan dan feedback geven of de tekst zelf aanpassen.
