Latest version is not updating during the release

What happened:
Not updating two information about the latest version:

• stable version
• latest version in msi - windows

What you expected to happen:
Updates stable version and latest version in msi for each release generate.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
For each new release generated it is necessary to update the stable version manually and the latest version of windows has not been updated for some time.
