Use the official compatibility list from mozilla #11

It's been reported on #webextensions that the compatibility list is incorrect.

A better way would be to use the official list: https://github.com/mdn/browser-compat-data

EDIT: There's also https://github.com/andymckay/arewewebextensionsyet.com using directly the data from the firefox source code (https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/toolkit/components/extensions/schemas)
