Problem
Regarding https://public.dejacode.com/account/register/

The Powered by ... Copyright (c) nexB Inc., AboutCode and others statement is not visible on the DejaCode Sign Up page.

Enhancement benefits
Communicate ownership effectively.

Proposed solution
Provide a clearly visible page footer.
