Same issue here. Few others tried asking over the ATO forum and pretty much got fobbed off. Even the guy who showed the error messages in the browser console was told to just follow the steps on the help webpage.
I tried calling MyGov helpdesk, and spent an hour on the phone only to be told I had to delete my account and start over. There is apparently no way even for them to delete a connected device...
Are you able to update the app to 'unenrol' previous registrations?
I can login to myGov with SMS security but I can't delete the previous code generator registrations
There are 3 different myGov code generator apps under 'Connected devices' listed:
(My old phone was stolen).
