As awesome as the https://github.com/lstrojny/fxmlrpc library is, systems like Drupal have their own XMLRPC libraries which we should be able to use if available. The default should be https://github.com/lstrojny/fxmlrpc, but systems should have the option to opt-in and use their own.
