Install TeX Live on Linux

Hi,

I had previously installed the "vanilla" version of TeX Live on Linux Ubuntu following the instructions at https://tex.stackexchange.com/a/95373, but last time I installed TeX Live based on the instructions in https://www.tug.org/texlive/quickinstall.html which was pretty straight forward.

If there isn't much difference in the outcome (especially for the latest release of Tex Live 2018 and Ubuntu 18.04), I think it's better to point people to follow the the easier instructions on the official TeX Live web page.

The simpler, the better.

Just thought to share my opinion.
