I'm not sure if Adobe-Japan1 is the problem for having the 歲 component inconsistent. 歲 (U+6B72) itself has a hook in the bottom left as circled, but 濊 (U+6FCA) does not (following the Inherited Glyphs form which by right will not be supported by Adobe and Google in any way).
Also of note there is a slight discrepancy between the CN glyph and the v1 JP glyph for Serif, where there is a connection in JP for the bottom 少 part (without the right stroke of course), but no connection in CN. This is a debatable issue, so I am unsure whether to restore the v1 JP glyph to replace the CN glyph. However, upon further observation, several characters containing 歲 in Big5 Level 2 are following the JP connected form because the v1 CN glyph was removed. I will explain in a separate issue on Serif.
Back to 濊, here are the commercial fonts with this problem:
From left to right: Kozuka Mincho, Hiragino Mincho (which got the component consistent, marked in green), YuMincho and Toppan Bunkyu Mincho.
Therefore, please remap 濊 (U+6FCA) to the KR form for JP, for consistency sake.
