I suggest that the top ⻗ component be unified across the JP/KR and CN regions. For example, the CN version of 雪 (U+96EA) should be shared with JP (and the CN glyph removed).
I believe think that having those right triangle serif details on the last four horizontal strokes of ⻗ for the CN region should not be an issue and is aesthetically better. But even then, whether to have them or not should be up for debate, as most, if not all, of the China foundries' serif fonts have no serifs on the last four horizontal strokes of ⻗. Unless I missed out on something which said that unification of the ⻗ component is a non-starter.
Will update later with a complete list of characters that require review, if I have the time.
EDIT: I checked a bit more on this typeface design thing and maybe this is a non-starter given there might be some unwritten rules about China's 新字形 and perhaps I might have gone too far with the Japanese glyph bias. But I'll keep it open for now.
