List SLES15 as supported

Description of change

With reference to adoptium/adoptium-support#990, this updates the supported platforms to include SLES15 across all architectures listed on https://www.suse.com/download/sles, and SLES12 for s390x as well as the x64 which was already listed.

A few notes:

• We have an issue to cover doing extra testing on this distribution on other architectures, but currently only do so on s390x
• SLES12 will be out of standard support in October this year
• The installer repository doesn't currently have SLES15SP5 included so you would have to force the version to 15.4 in order to use the current installation instructions. Created OpenSuSE repository does not include 15.5 installer#792 to cover that.

As per the description, we have an issue covering additional testing on SuSE-based distributions and this likely increases the priority of that.
