Add reproducible comparison tests in aqa-tests

Reproducible comparison tests have been enable as jenkins job in Adoptium. To broaden the functionalities we'd like to enhance it and incorporate to be part of aqa-tests, which can benefit from aqa-tests and trss' features.

• Add reproducible comparsion to aqa-tests functional dev tests temurin-build#3568
• Move reproducable comparing test target to dev.system temurin-build#3628
• Set system.dev with additional label and vendors info ci-jenkins-pipelines#908
