Tool doesn't add to database icons that have prefixes in their names

What i mean, for example as far as i can observe the current commands only use icons that have filenames that start with "costume", "attach" and "weapon" (IE: "Costume_60100_GonF_col1"), however there is a some icons that have prefixes (IE: "GB_Costume_Cloth_70035_col1","NCW_Costume_10039_col1_All", "NCW_Cash_Costume_Dress_0001"), the tool commands ignore these icons.
