Document MICR compatible checks and example format

Making Check Run work with MICR checks very likely does not require any changes to the codebase, but providing install instructions and an example check format would be valuable.

I think that vendoring and installing the MICR font would be good, along with a Jinja method to correctly encode it (or error if it is passed non-numeric characters).
