Add explicit `mode` for "chart" #486

Currently the only way to set "Highcharts mode" is by setting mode to falsy value.

Tiny detail, but I'd like to have an explicit value for highcharts mode. Reasons being:

I do like to have an option to be explicit while having good defaults.
If I'm paranoid about the default ever changing to something else, I might want to cement the value so that the ember-highcharts maintainers won't change it under my hands without me noticing.
