Unlike aiidalab-launch exec this would allow running commands on stopped instances (same distinction between docker run and docker exec). This would be helpful especially if a container fails at startup and one needs to execute something to fix that.
(Motivation case, I need to uninstall the old version of pydantic that was installed in ~/.local and is causing issue with new images with aiida-core>=2.5)
