Host the docs

It would be nice to see aiohttp docs served by RTD or PythonHosted. The reason is not only to provide simple and human-friendly way to lookup the API and read the docs, but also to set direct references to aiohttp docs from projects which depends on it.

Everyone added. Fixed issue with empty docs: need to specify right virtualenv for build. All looks cool now: http://aiohttp.readthedocs.org/en/latest/api.html

That's because docs version wasn't get updated for a long time: https://github.com/KeepSafe/aiohttp/blob/master/docs/conf.py#L61
Will fix it in the moment.
