Version 4.0.0 prints attached vars in help

There's a change between the old and new help formatter:

In 3.5.4:

  --display-name TEXT                             Display name of the test run in the web results UI

In 4.0.0:

  --display-name=<text>                           Display name of the test run in the web results UI

While you could argue one should always use attached vars we don't want to make that decision today as it has downstream implications. We also have = symbols in some of the values themselves so guiding users to use = could cause some confusion.

Is there some formatter option I'm missing to get the old help behaviour?

Overall really liking the changes in 4.0.0, the new formatter looks so much nicer 🎉
