Provide option to start with "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..."

Traditionally lorem ipsum text begins with "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..." It would be nice to at least have the option for the generated text begin with this sequence. I don't know what's possible, but either as a workflow configuration option or on a per use basis (this might get syntactically awkward.)

Nice suggestion! I think I'll make this a configuration option that users can opt into if they want (so it won't be a syntax issue).

I'll need to modify alexchantastic/lipsum-shell first, but it shouldn't be too difficult.
