As far as I can tell, at the moment there is not easy way to set a heartbeat for a client connection.
In my quick glance, I'd need to re-implement both the connect and client_handshake functions.

Maybe for backwards compatibilities sake, a new function could be added, I can submit a PR if needs be.
pub async fn connect_with_heartbeat( address: impl Into<String>, login: Option<String>, passcode: Option<String>, heartbeat: (u32, u32) )
Or am I missing something really obvious?
