Description of the bug

When setting a cover image caption, it does not appear either below the caption or after clicking on the featured image.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Create a post and set a cover image and cover image caption using the Apple News options for an article in the editor.
  2. Publish the article to Apple News or open in News Preview.
  3. Observe that the caption you set for the image does not appear anywhere the user can see.
