Feature flag gate the individual backends

I found that there are security issues with the X11 backend: rustsec/advisory-db#653

Since I found no clear path forward from there (a lot of dependencies in the chain are in maintenance mode or abandoned), I'd like to simply disable the X11 support. The best way to implement this would be to put all individual backends behind feature gates, which are enabled by default.
