Can you add 1-click-drag like Eagle.cool app? (remove mouse-up button requirements)

I dont like that I need 1-click then 1-click-drag (2-step)

wish is just 1-click-drag only like with Eagle.cool App (1-step)

eagle doesn't need need to wait "mouse button to be down then up"
it only need mouse button to be down only
