What

Update GOV.UK Frontend to use the revised version of the font.

The new filenames are:

bold-affa96571d-v2.woff
bold-b542beb274-v2.woff2
light-f591b13f7d-v2.woff
light-94a07e06a1-v2.woff2

Why

In #1469 @hannalaakso discovered that text was not aligning correctly in browsers on Windows.

The vertical metric for the woff and woff-2 web fonts has now been adjusted in order to center the cap height vertically in a html element (for all browsers).

Updating the font will resolve #1469.
