Edit functionality handlebars not letting me select a small enough area

Hello,

Thanks for the great product, excited to see where it goes with the cloud version.

When I'm cutting a video, I usually have very short sections I need to take out. When I mess up a line I just say it again straight after.

I found with the handlebars the minimum size it let me select was too large, so I couldn't get precise enough selections to cut.

Is there something I'm missing? Another way to select a more precise selection in version 3.1.11?

I'm on Kubuntu using Chrome

At the moment, since editing is happening in the browser, there is a limitation when it comes to being able to edit precisely, especially when working with smaller durations. This is something I'm looking to tackle in the upcoming cloud version though.
