Create scout details page

requirements

1. adjust or make a new design for the scout details using our design system (fulfilling all new requirements and needed scout data)
2. for the backend look at the design and document / implement needed data
3. front end page should reuse components if possible if not create reusable component

• note in the front that there must be a fixed url that if I went too gives me the data of the scout for example /scout/[id] shouldn't depend on any info in other page to display its data
