currently, we raise an error inside of transform to make it loopable, it seems bad.

expected: transform a set of user data by multiple steps into single output based on previous answers.

bot asks: what color?
 -> user answers: gr
   -> bot request api
   -> bot asks: gray or green
     -> user chooses: green
       -> bot store green
