No matter what I put in for a URL, the cli returns Not a valid S3 URL

I'm sure this is my fault, but maybe the error messaging can direct me a bit better? Not valid doesn't help me know where the valid one might be located.

I'm also having issues, but noticed the URL should have a trailing slash on folders.

An s3 URL has the following format:
s3://bucket_name/path_to_resource
