This posting was suggested. However, looking at the jobs listed, PHP doesn't seem to be a primary skill they're looking for. They aren't usually looking for PHP/Application developers. Rather, they look for technical staff where PHP might make the list of things good to know.

Also, the address information isn't specific enough. what's the street address? Is there a twitter account, other than the main at&t twitter account?

Nothing like a 14-month-late reply. Better get my notifications set up!

You're right - PHP is not generally a primary skill. I added this because there are PHP projects still being supported (and occasionally new ones created). Java/JS/node/angular are the flavors of the week right now. It's also worth noting that, while there has been a strong movement for jobs to come back in-house, a large percentage of the development work is still outsourced to IBM, and for those teams with FTEs working in-house on development, it's becoming exceedingly difficult to hire in from outside the company due to attrition. I merely listed AT&T because we do work in PHP, and because finding php gigs these days seems to be a bit of an exception...

I'm fortunate because I am an in-house developer who works nearly-full-time as a telecommuter, but maybe it's best not to include AT&T all things considered :)
