If special communities of Span are to remain in the deck (cf. Criteria for what items are significant enough to include in the deck? #137 and Missing British Overseas Territories #221 (comment)), bring maps in line with locator map styles.
The parent country should not be highlighted as per other subdivisions (e.g. Corsica, Canary Islands).
Include zoom box in both maps to make them more distinguishable.

Just realised this issue can go now, since Melilla and Ceuta have been removed from the deck (cf. #312). 🎉
