Document use of antsibull in generated ansible tarball #347

The pypi.org published ansible-5.0.0.tar.gz, apparently generated with these scripts, does not contain reference to these scripts. It should for tracing back the source and responsible owners of the individual modules for bug reporting, and for reporting bugs or feature requests for this tool.

Did you see the build-ansible.sh script in the source dist (https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/50/1e/80c758f4565b7474092889a07496a4b06e8e998967941c5abd0100758af4/ansible-5.0.1.tar.gz)? It shows how to re-create the source dist using antsibull and the ansible-build-data repository.

I did not see it. I'd have hoped for such a script to be mentioned in the README.md. I'd also hope for it to exit on errors, rather than proceeding to the next step. I'll look for the source and submit a patch to use 'set -e'.
