Right now there's install instructions for the collection on the individual plugin pages. This should exist for the index pages as well.

On the index of all collections, perhaps a tooltip that shows the instruction and a javascript button which will copy that onto the clipboard
On the per-collection page, a section that has the instruction for installing the collection.
