Feature request

Please describe your feature

Add the automatic cleaning function of obsolete issue for the current repo. Just like Apache APISIX's repo

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a new GitHub workflow to process obsolete issues regularly in a crontab way.

And I'd like to know how to resolve this case: one issue is in discussion for a long time, and it's tagged as Stale 🤣 We have to remove the tag manually.
