404 not found , ref issue, exists 3.9.6 (refed pr in issue also not works)
ERROR [ 8/13] RUN cd rocketmq-dashboard-1.0.0 ; mvn -DskipTests clean install ; ls -l target ; failed: ls: cannot access target: No such file or directory
