Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

While upgrading to Symfony 7 for our apigee-client-php library, we see many changes to update in it related to this error type -
MethodSignatureMismatch (https://psalm.dev/docs/running_psalm/issues/MethodSignatureMismatch/)

The above error is only a PSALM error, not a test error.
