Expose "REST to SOAP to REST" in Apigee X

Hi Team,

I have the same requirement that is mentioned here - https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Apigee/How-to-convert-SOAP-proxy-to-REST-API-using-Apigee-Hybrid/m-p/520105

There is an answer from a staff member pointing to this repository to use to overcome that blocker. However, I just want to clarify whether we can use this for Apigee X as well because nothing is mentioned in the Readme file about it.
