oauth now required for Twitter apis #8

as of June 11, 2013 Twitter streaming APIs now require oauth for authentication, so this library no longer works. https://dev.twitter.com/docs/streaming-apis/connecting#Authentication

Yes, good point, the username/password for twitter examples need to be removed. I will do that and emphasize the oauth that works: https://github.com/araddon/httpstream/blob/master/examples/twoauth.go
