Ubuntu and GTK 4?

Hi, I've used Nord for yearsrs, probebly the best them ever made.. Problem is some apps don't follow the Nord theme, file manager is one example. Afrer reading up it's some GTk 4 thing, so my question is will Nord evolve so it can still be used? Second is this theme usable on Gnome in full scale, ie, covers every app.

I use bspwm myself so have no problems, but whenever I install for others I 'd like it to look consitent through all apps. Any soluution for this annoyences?
