Argo Workflow Trigger page does not describe all prerequisites (Documentation)

Describe the bug
The Argo Workflow trigger steps in the documentation do not work when followed as described. It may assume you have already gone through the getting started page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Follow the argo workflow trigger steps
2. Nothing will show up on argo list unless you have done the Getting Started exercise and created the appropriate RBAC.

Expected behavior
I would expect each of these pages to be self contained if not otherwise noted in the page.
