Due to recent changes to the julia-actions/cache workflow, DataDeps usually does not cache the datadeps correctly the first time, causing all builds that use ArviZExampleData to error. Usually rerunning the failed jobs magically causes them to succeed. The relevant issue is julia-actions/cache#80, and this would be solve by oxinabox/DataDeps.jl#167
