Combine FITS/ASCII lesson with Tables lesson

Workshop participants often report that the workshop material is often rushed, and that one day is not enough time to get through everything.

Describe the solution you'd like
We could consolidate the Tables lesson with the FITS/ASCII lesson. In particular, reading in ASCII files is somewhat redundant with Tables. So we could teach people to read in ASCII files with the Table module only.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It still might require more than 30 minutes to get through a consolidated lesson.

B Morris was able to do this in the 40 minute time allotted (AAS 237 Workshop), so we will close this issue and move forward with the current agenda.
