Telegram bot improvements:

Update button added under client usage message
"Refer to friends" added to the bot menu (only when TG CRM is enabled) with customizable message on the settings pane
"Contact support" added to the bot menu with customizable message on the settings pane

Bug fixes:

Stop the bot properly when the panel gets restarted via the UI.
