Our current react-scripts fork doesn't support SCSS out of the box -- We still have to go through the steps in the official readme to support (add dependencies like npm-run-all and node-sass-chokidar as well as update the package.json scripts to reflect the new code path.

can we do this all via changes in react-scripts?
