Update service.md to reflect all API endpoints in service.go in avalanchego

Issue

The avalanchego P-Chain API markdown needs to be updated to add the new enpoints and remove those deprecated with the latest upgrade.

The docs page is generated from the service.md file in AvalancheGo. This file has not yet been updated to reflect service.go, which has added new endpoints such as platform.getFeeConfig, platform.getFeeState, etc.
