Source and Target DynamoDB tables are in the same region #1

It appears that both the source and target DynamoDB tables use the "TargetRegion" parameter as the region. This is a problem if I want to replicate data to another DynamoDB table in another region

I've submitted a pull request that should resolve this- #6
