Go get for build-lambda-zip failing on an internal dependency #231

From sometime since today, we are failing to go get the build-lambda-zip.

Command used:
go get -u github.com/aws/aws-lambda-go/cmd/build-lambda-zip

It is noticed that github.com/urfave/cli v1.22.0 is being downloaded.

Probable workaround as of now would be to add the following line at the end of go.mod file:

replace github.com/urfave/cli v1.22.0 => github.com/urfave/cli v1.21.0

This bug would be fixed with the release v1.22.1 of the cli library which should happen sometime today. You can then update our dependencies likewise.
