SendRawEmailCommand Destinations

Given the example from the docs, and description
Destinations | string[] | A list of destinations for the message, consisting of To:, CC:, and BCC: addresses.

How dos one distinguish from To, Cc and Bcc recipients?

    RawMessage: <Buffer...>,
    Source: '[email protected]',
    Destinations: ['[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]', '[email protected]'],
}

Which one of those emails will be sent to To, Cc and Bcc?
How do you send to only one To but multiple Cc?

I know this can be done in RawMessage but I'm trying to do it with Destinations.
