Committed the code. Will troubleshoot tomorrow.

I added the core functionality of this feature. The following is still needed.

  1. It needs data validation,
  2. data security,
  3. headers,
  4. indication that a report was submitted.
  5. Database clean up Primary, foreign keys implemented.
  6. Loser pilot must be implemented from login page.
