Could not find a matching version of package when doing composer require

When doing composer install I get the following error:

Could not find a version of package bagisto/bagisto-mollie-payment matching your minimum-stability (stable).
Require it with an explicit version constraint allowing its desired stability.

I think this might be because no release tags are added to the repo. Can this be fixed?
