Clicking on a sidebar section takes me to a different anchor

I often want to send out links to specific docs sections, so I'll click on a section in the sidebar:

This will take me to the right section, but my anchor link in the address bar is then for the section above:

I have to scroll down past the title of the current section before the address bar shows the correct link:

[remear]

I've yet to find the magic number for the scroll offset. It works great for some sections, not that great for others.
