http-flv和rtmp本质上只是协议不同，流的内容是一样的。首先需要流媒体服务器支持http-flv模块。比如srs或者nginx搭载http-flv模块。controller中之前返回rtmp地址的地方根据要求修改为http-flv格式的地址即可。
